The two day ten step Wafflemeister process allows for development, proving, kneading, resting, raising and finally positioning the decadent baseball size of dough upon a glistening hot Wafflemeister iron to be baked within two minutes into a glistening, caramelized, criss-cross patterned square of perfection.

And at the end of the day, cinnamon is one of the most aromatic and delicious spices on the planet, allegedly responsible for a multitude of great health inducing benefits.
